WELCOME to the web site of the Spanish Property Agents Association (SPAA).
Unlike other trade organizations, who charge members an annual membership fee which pays for wages and administration costs, who claim to veto members but in most cases do not, who claim that members work to a rule of ethics which in reality they cannot legally enforce, the SPAA is a non-profit and non-membership fee association.
The SPAA was formed in August 2007 and provides joint marketing for independent Spanish Property Agents, both in Spain & the UK. It provides for prospective purchasers a large portfolio of Spanish Properties throughout Spain and its Islands, thereby saving time looking at many web sites to find the ideal property you are looking for.
With agents working and living both in Spain and the UK the SPAA provides contact points for clients requiring both expert local knowledge in Spain as well as general knowledge from within the UK. All members work closely together, therefore whichever agent you contact, you can be assured of that professional approach to purchasing overseas. If you do not see on the web site the property you are looking for then just ask one of our members or email the SPAA secretary.
As with purchasing property in the UK, the SPAA recommend that before signing any contract or paying any money you take legal advice from an independent Lawyer or Solicitor.
